We're hoping for Spring Weather soon

Things will be opened up on the real estate market when the spring weather hits. I'm excited about this Spring because of the $8,000 still out there for new homeowners until April 30th.  You have to have a sales contract completed by that day, and have until June 30th to close. 

Buyers will be looking for their dream home or their starter homes soon.  If you are a buyer or a seller, you need to contact me soon.  These buyers will find something quick and the oppoutunity to sell your house super fast will have passed you buy. 

Another reason to sell you house now... Do you realize that you as a current homeowner  can receive up to $6,500 also???  As long as you have lived in your house for the last 5 years, and purchase a different home you will receive this tax credit!!

How about downsizing, what a great time!! Sell your house and purchase a different home before April 30th, then you will receive the $6,500 tax credit!
