Monday, February 8, 2010 at 12:24PM »Lady A-OK: A big week for country music was an even bigger week for Lady Antebellum, who rode the momentum of their acclaimed Grammy performance Sunday (1/31) straight into the news that their sophomore album Need You Now debuted at No. 1 on the all-genre album chart. Almost a half-million fans rushed out and bought the album, the biggest one-week total for a country release since Taylor Swift's Fearless sold nearly 600,000 copies in November 2008. "We are absolutely stunned," Lady A's Dave Haywood says. "The love and support we were feeling last week from the fans and everyone around us was so incredible. These songs are about our lives, and to be getting such awesome feedback from everyone who bought the record is so validating." Martina McBride, Little Big Town, Miranda Lambert and Gloriana have sent kudos via Twitter to the band. McBride tweets, "Much deserved! So proud of you guys. Let's catch up and celebrate sometime soon." Haywood's parents are also proud of the band's success. "Every time you walk by and see your son on TV and the group singing, it's just surreal
