Entire beach is closed to public at sundown, but is usually deserted anyway except Sundays and holidays. The development is gated with a guardian and caretakers provided by developer. Monthly utilities less than $75, annual property tax less than $200. Swimming pool and tennis courts have not yet been built but areas are planned within the gates.
